Yes!.!.!. 12 bar blues is kind of hard to explain!. I will try to explain an example, then refer you to some songs done in "12 bar"!.

12 bar music is generally done in what would be called a l-lV-V progression!. Meaning!.!. if the song is in the key of A!.!. the chord progression would be centered around the A,D, and E chords!. In its simplist form, it bounces back and forth between the l and lV chord, with the resolve being the V!. 12 measures of music!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
