If you have a music store in your area, they have guitar/vocal books which will show the guitar chords with the finger layout (do what the picture shows) and they have specific levels!. You should request an Easy level!. Or try Amazon or some other online!. Look for a title such as Easy Pop Melodies!. I have this one and really like it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

B4 learning songs, the first thing I would do is this:

Strum the C chord in quarter notes and keep a constant hum in the key of C!. Repeat of G, D, A, Am, etc!.
