Washburn make excellent guitars for not a lot of money!.!.!.well built and sound great,even the very low end models are reasonable!.!.!.!.!.!.!.some Washburns come with Grover tuners and the Buzz Feiten tuning system!.
!.!.!.also buying a good older 2nd hand guitar is a better investment than a brand new cheap guitar!.

depending on if you want acoustic or electric!.!.!.!. hmm, Well, Yamaha has some good guitars of both for not a bad price!. Cheap Alvarez's I HIGHLY reccomend, Alvarez is the best acoustic guitar company out there, even with the cheap ones!. electric!.!. Epi makes good cheap electrics, and the Squire by fenders aren't too bad either!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
