You need more than 2 weeks unless you already have some callouses!.
Don't over exert yourself!. Callouse come with time!. The best way is to do 1-2-3-4 and 4-3-2-1- on all the strings!. After 20 min!. of this, you should stop if it hurts!.
Otherwise, keep at it but stop at the point when it starts burning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

if u mean for guitar just practice!. do solos and go through scales!. so u get the single string on your finger!. chords won't do it as well!. andyour gonna get calluses but i think its gonna take more than 2 weeks!. but i don't know!.
