If you're talking about a band director or some other type of director, you must be funny!. My band director is funny as hell and he makes talking about serious stuff enjoyable!. Leadership skills!. Be loud, be heard, don't be silent, take control! Be very passive, people will get on your nerves but you need to know how to hold back the anger!. That's what one of my band directors has trouble with, his damn anger!.
