Which is easier to play...?

Question: Which is easier to play!.!.!.!?

!.!.!.bass guitar or electric guitar!?

Both have the same fingerboard except, the bass has only 4 strings!. Having said this, they make 5 and 6 string bass today!.

Bass is easiest since you don't have to worry about fingering chords or doing other technical stuff like bendin or finger tapping although it has become a fashion to do anything with a bass nowadays!.

One thing is certain is that if you are looking for a band, bass players are hard to find and you will have a much better chance of joining a band than a guitar player!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you're talking about 'ease of initial learning' I've found bass to be easier!. But for advanced technique each offers their own challenges!. The question is, if you are considering each, which draws you more!?
