and thats when I get my really bad feedback mainly in my distortion and fuzz!.!.!.!.!.!.but im told to change out my cables!.!.!.!.!.but should I!?
Even If i run through my Hendrix pedal I still get feedback

Are you using digitech pedals!? Because cheap pedals do that!.
Change the line up of the pedals put the phase first and the wah last!. Cables do make a difference but sounds like its a pedal!.!. You should plug one pedal in at a time guitar pedal amp for each pedal!. This will narrow down the problem pedal if any!.
I would say pick ups but you say its quite when there is no pedals!. Good LuckWww@QuestionHome@Com
Distortion and Fuzz are redundant!. Take one box out at a time, along with either the input or output connector!. When the buzz stops it should either be that box or that cable (I'm betting on the distortion/fuzz redundancy)!. Switch that cable with one still in the system and that'll tell you if it's the cable or box!.
BTW: I'd run the sequence Wah>Phase>Distortion/Fuzz>Amp, FYI!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
it's probably gonna be the cables!. if it's not the cables then the connection(s) on your pedals might be badWww@QuestionHome@Com
