1!. I really don't know, there haven't been many made!.
2!. A partial explanation (I'm no scientist so you won't get the full one): It works by how radio waves interact with the human body!. somehow I believe that it sends out radio waves!. In close proximity, a human body can change the frequency of these waves!. Therefore it works by moving your hand/body closer to and further away from it, changing the pitch of the waves; changing the position of the hand (palm up/down/to the side, etc!.) will also change the pitch!. Think about when you are tuning your radio or TV with an antenna!. It works OK when you're right next to it, then something changes when you walk away--it has something to do with the way your body interacts with the waves!.
3!. Good luck with that one! It's extremely difficult to play and there are probably very few people that teach it!. You'd probably have to teach yourself if you ever got your hands on one! Call Brian Wilson--it's the instrument in the song "Good Vibrations" by the Beach Boys!Www@QuestionHome@Com
