No matter what role one may play either major or minor on stage or in life there will be uneasiness!. Since you are a girl (so your avatar shows) you may want to observe the actions of normal 10-12 year old boys as they interact and emulate their actions!. This will put you in the role much better than if you try to approach it freehand!. I hope you aren't afraid of heights because you will need to learn how to "fly" with the use of wires and a harness unless your director finds some other way to illustrate flight in certain segments of the play!. Maybe your director will have "fade to black" or lower the curtains with you standing on the edge of a window about to "fly" away!. Relax and rehearse your lines with a younger sibling or friend preferably a 10-12 year old boy and this will help you to get into the part even more!. As they say in theater; "Break a leg"!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well i was in my first play when i was 7!. I was REALLY nervous!. it was for with my brother and his high school!. For my nerves, i listened to my music and sang aloud even though everybody was staring at me!. As you should, i also reviewed my lines severall times!. I did this with my brother, parents, and close friends!.
Hope this helpsWww@QuestionHome@Com
