Question: First acoustic guitar!. For a beginner!. Which looks good!?
I want to learn how to play the electric guitar good!. I already have one but I want to take a class at my school!. Sadly they only teach acoustic (grandpas guitars) which is ok!. So I was wondering what was good for the $200 price range!. I had some thoughts!. Like a Washburn D100DL, That $150 Yamaha(tabbaco burst), or a Fender CD60!. I want a regular acoustic and not an acoustic electric!. It doesnt have to be too good!. Its only for school!. And some packs are ok It would be cool but I dont really need them!. All I want is mainly a guitar and a case!. For under $200!. You got any suggestions!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Washburn, Yamaha, Epiphone, Ibanez and Takamine all make good entry level guitars!. The Yamaha & Washburn I listed both come with a hard shell case!. I'd stay away from the Fenders, they are known for making electric gutars and not for their acoustics!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Do you realise that acoustic and electric guitars have the same amount of strings tuned to the same notes!? What I mean is you can play the exact same music on both!. If I was you, I'd tell the school I can't afford an acoustic and can I just play my electric 'unplugged' in the lessons!. You can still hear an electric when it's unplugged and learn music just as well as on an acoustic!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
