Question: Do you have any advice for someone trying to learn how to play the guitar!?

I started playing Guitar Hero I ended up getting pretty good and decided to move it up to the real thing and went out and got a guitar now what!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Getting a teacher can really help you learn!. It that's not for you then there are a lot of free lessons on the internet!. Check out the links!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I taught myself to play guitar!.
If you don't want lessons, there's loads of books/audio tapes out there which can help you!.
It takes alot of time and patience!. You can buy things like a pitch pipe to make sure your guitar is tuned!. You can get these at any music shop!. If you choose a plectrum (pick), which is always good to start out with, there are loads to choose from!.

Now sell the guitar and get back to the game!. It's much better for you!. A real guitar will only frustrate you because you will never be good at it, or you will start thinking you're good and annoy everybody!. So sell the guitar asap!Www@QuestionHome@Com
