They might be fun, or they might not!. It depends on how hard you want to work for it!. It can be very rewarding in the end!.

To be a pianist has it's up's and down's!. Mostly up's though!. You feel great when you learn a new piece and it sounds like a professional (or not even a professional, but it's cool to know you can play something fun)!. Other people often think your cool because you can play the piano and it's not a totally easy instrument after a while!.
Downs are that it DOES take up a lot of time!. You HAVE to practice to get better!. An hour a day is usually minimum!. You don't have to sit down and do the whole hour at once, but all in all an hour is typical for me!.

Fun: Absolutely!. I love playing whatever I want!. Although my lesson is extremely important so don't let that fall by the wayside either!. But it's great to be able to play things you like and learn new music!.

Hard Work: YES!. Times a million, yes!. You must be willing to work hard, or it's not going to be worth it!. It is most definately rewarding if you do work hard though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well i never play the piano but i think it would be good because in the summer u get man bored so its nice to have something to do while u wait for skool lolz if u really like it then u dont have to worried about the time because u can finsh wen ever u want to since u have nothing to do u can practice and get really good at it and then it well get u out of chores=DWww@QuestionHome@Com
