When I first start learning drums!.!.!.the stick spinning comes naturally while you are learning drums!. Because its fun and cool If you know what you are doing too!. If you can twirl both drumsticks in your hands at the same time!.!.!.!.now you're really talented!!! lol

Start off slow and use your right INDEX finger and your right MIDDLE finger!. You want to twirl it in the middle part of the stick to have a good balance!. After you are able to twirl it slow !.!.!.then you try and speed up the spin a little bit!. But be careful!.!.!.you can actually poek your eye out if you are not careful!. this happen to me one time because I tried to do it too fast and the stick slipped out of my fingers and hit me in the face!.

Actually, for most people it is not easy!. It takes patience, usually someone to show you the right way, and a lot of practice!. Plus, some people just don't have the ability (coordination or dexterity) to move their fingers the way they need to!. Some can learn with extra training and practice, but if you don't have the dexterity then most of the time you are a lost cause!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Get a majotette girl to show you slowly how they twirl a baton!. Drumsticks use the same finger movements, but a little trickier because the baton's weight helps, while the drunstick is kind of light!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
