What guitar should i use to shred???

Question: What guitar should i use to shred!?!?!?

i own a les paul and a sg but when in comes to shredding i dont feel comfortable with the sound what guitars are set up to shred!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Every electric guitar is set up for shred and so are these two!. It depends on what you want your tone be like if you want a new one, but it has nothing with ''this guitar is for blues, this is for shredding''!. Many shredders use these two!. If you wanna sound like Malmsteen, then buy a strat with a scalloped neck, if you wanna sound like Paul Gilbert, then buy the type he uses!. That's all!. Anyway, if you sound sloppy (I don't know), it has nothing to do with your guitar, you just need to practise - there are no shortcuts!. Hope this helps, good luck:)Www@QuestionHome@Com
