Question: My parents are getting me an electric guitar!.!.!.how long do you think it will take me to get good!?

if i practise for an hour or so every day also have lessons from a teacher then how long would it take me to get band standard!?

It should take you anywhere from about 6 mos!., to 60 yrs!. It depends on the person, how much you practice, how difficult the music you choose is, etc!. When I first started, I would come home from work and practice for hours, I took lessons and had a lot of things to practice!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends on how much you practice as well as how much you absorb what you learned!. I would say a few years!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
