Question: What are some tips to sing better!?
Ok answear the following questions!.

1!.How to sing how notes!?

2!.How to NOT sing throw my throught!?

3!.What to eat/drink so i wont damage my voice(LIST THE THINGS!)

4!.How to sound more like a soprano with a voice like withney(i know i cant sing JUST like her but i want to sing with the same kinda voice the strong one!.!.so tell me u know wat i mean ight!?)

5!.How to control my voice!?

6!.How to sing low notes!?

7!.How to sing gently(like when u sing the song run to u the vers were she sings"I wanna run to u OO"HOW!?

8!.What excercises should i do to improve my singing!?

1!. well it depends on your singing voice and your limits with it and your telents in singing but to sing high notes, you would have to practice high notes by going do rae mi far sol la ti do~ and on and on and on to the max you can get and do it all over again and again and again!. but dont do it too much in one day!. it might crack your voice and make it hoarse!.

3!. drink water!. drink nothing that has sugar in them!. milk is a good one too!. eating!.!. i'm not sure but maybe, vergetables would help, just eat healthy!. don't eat too much either!. you would be burping too much as you sing!. ^^

4!. ummm as i said above, it all depends on your telent in singing but to sing more like sopranos, sing songs that have high notes in them more than the low notes but it doesnt mean you to stop singing songs with low notes!. sing both but practice high notes more than low notes!. as i said above, do the do rae mi far sol thing!. it's helped a lot of people!.
to make it stronger!.!.!. hmm well, sing from your stomach, not trying to squeeze your voice from your throat!. go "haah" from your stomach!.

5!. controling voice is really hard!. you just have to listen to what you sing all the time and try your best to control it!.

6!. as i said above, doing the do rae mi far sol helps a lot!.

7!. sing quietly, voice very soft, no extremes to it!.

8!. lung excersise!. inlarge your lungs so that you can sing without breathing for longer!. running helps, swimming helps too!.

Vocal lessons would give you the best chance of strengthening and training your voice, however here are some tips to improve your voice:

1!. Do not sing (and if you are very serious talk) within the first 1-2 hours after you awaken!. Your voice needs time to wake up too!.

2!. BREATHE! Breathing will be the answer to fixing 90% of your support and power issues!.

3!. Posture!. Make sure you are always singing with correct posture, if you are scrunched up or too tense your breathing and vocal mechanism will be affected and you will not be able to support any song!.

4!. Practice to control your voice!.

5!. To sing high or low notes you will need to practice!. Warm-ups are an excellent way of stretching your range!. Start with a hum, on the highest note you can sing comfortably and sing down the scale!. Go as far as you can comfortably and then go back up!.

6!. By controlling your breathing you will be able to sing gently, and softly, powerfully and loudly!.

7!. Do not drink alcoholic beverages, or smoke!. These will dehydrate you and damage your vocal cords!.
Do drink plenty of water, singing is a demanding sport and you need plenty of water to keep your vocal cords in tip top shape!.
Do not eat heavy fatty foods, sugary foods (including fruit) or dairy 2-4 hours before you sing (2 for a lesson or practice, 4 for a performance) these foods can build up mucous in your throat and can cause you to have "junk" on your cords when you sing!.
Do not clear your throat excessively, this strains and scratches your throat and does unnecessary damage, drink water if you need to clear your throat!.
Do not use cough drops or other throat numbing products before you sing, as you can strain your voice by not being able to feel the damage you are causing by oversinging!.
Do not oversing while sick!.

OK: First off, soem of these things are gonna sound a little strange, but trust me, they work!. I've done 2 years of proffesional choir training and I also have 2 Gold medals for Solo and Ensemble contests!.
1!.Practice Practice Practice!. You need to be able to read music and haev access to a piano and know where the notes are on the keyboard in order to know what they sound like!.

2!. It's impossible!. Your throat is a major part of singing!. IF you lift your soft palette, you will have a better sound!. When you yawn, it rises, and you can feel it!. try doing this while singing!.

3!. Drink lots and lots of water and try not to drink energy drinks!. Soda is that great to drink before you need to sing but it doesn't damage your voice!.

4!. Honestly, if you're not a soprano, there's no way to turn into one!. I am, because I like singing the high notes!. it's fun :) TRy to see if you are by playing each note on the piano to see if you reach the note!. Have some one nearby to tell you if you got it!. *TAKE HUGE BREATHS* Make sure you're breathing from your diaphragm and stomach, not your chest!.

5!. Practice using simple things like solfege, and nursery songs like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, etc!.

6!. Lots of breath!. See the end of #4!.

7!. Lots of air and practice!. Just cuz you're singing quiely does mean it's not a lot of work!.

8!. Solfege, Practicing vowels {A, Ahh, Ooo, Eee (think oo), Oh}, See a choir teacher near you to see if he/she can help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
