Well, there's always the "I know what card you picked" trick!. All you need is a deck of cards!.

When they pick out their card, you look at the card on top (when they aren't watching), then they place it back in the same spot!. You get them to cut the deck!. Chances are, the cards will not get seperated!. Then you flip over each card individually until you see the card that you looked at, and you'll know the next one is their card!.
