That is what a publisher is for!. Some publisher work on their own, and some through record agencies!. The best is to phone your local music label, and speak to the copywriting manager!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Contact www!.sheetmusicplus!.com they take submissions from unknown composers from time to time!.

You can also work with some bands to let you solo your music and maybe someone will notice!.

You DO know that at least 1000 pieces of music are written every day, I hope!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Warriorheartdrummer, BMI and ASCAP are performing rights agencies, not publishers!. They collect your performance royalties for you!.

The basic way to get published is to find a publisher who publishes things similar to what you do!. Send ONE piece with recording and CV/resume!. Ask yourself, "How will my piece make this publisher money!?" Wait for the rejection letter!. Publishing is in a bad way these days due to the folks on Yahoo Answers who want everything downloadable for free!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
