Question: Where could i get acting, singing, and dancing classes!?

any suggestions!?
i'm 13, almost 14!.
i have almost no experience in any of them,
but i'm an exceptionally good singer and i've taken chorus since 4th grade!. i'm in 8th grade now!.
or is it too late for me to become an actress or whatever!?
for plays and musicals and stuff!?
