Both of these schools are some of the best in the country for performing arts!. I think that it depends on which one suits you the best!. I would look on the schools' web sites to get a feel for what the schools are like!. For example, if you are interested in music, I know that Interlochen specializes more in formal, classical training, while Idyllwild will give you more of a knowledge surrounding all types of music!.
