Question: My callouses won't stay on!? They keep peeling off, is there anything I can do!? (acoustic guitar)!?
I don't peel them off myself but if I go even one week without playing my guitar they just come right off!. I am assuming it's because I have so many lotions and potions that are for exfoliation/moisture/etc combined with showering and normal skin turnover that's causing my problem!? Any ideas for slowing the skin turnover or is there something I can put on my fingertips to dry them out!? I've been thinking about a corn starch paste but then I'd have to sit there and it would be messy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hi I've been playing guitar for almost 40 years now, I found the best way to harden and keep callouses in good shape is to soak the ends of my fingers in salt water, just for five Min's or so each day, they will harden and stay in good shapeWww@QuestionHome@Com
