Intermediate guitar player needs easy acoustic songs STAT?

Question: Intermediate guitar player needs easy acoustic songs STAT!?

I've been playing for nearly 3 years on electric, and some how i got suckered in to playing for my gen!. ed on someone's acoustic this friday!. i don't know many acoustic songs at all, so i'm looking for some easy pickup songs!.

any suggestions would be extremely helpful!

You probably mean beginner, not to knock talent, but electric and acoustic sound different, but your probably just used to distortion covering up mistakes, because the instruments are designed the same way in Notation

Steer clear from simple G,C,D songs unless you want to use a capo!.!. if you can sing!.!.!.!. Matchbox 20 3 am is easy, anything by sublime is easy, Jack Johnson Flake is easy!. if you cant sing!.!.!.bob dylan watchtower (kinda cool if you have a harmonica) anything johny cash is easy, Tom Petty is intermediate!.!. bob marley, ben harper!.!.

or if you are an intermediate - fake a Dave matthews or John Mayer song (#41, or Why georgia)

Mind you tabs, chords, and lyrics will take more than 10 minutes to learn, but its not impossible

Go to http://www!.ultimate-guitar!.com/tabs they have lots of beginner songs that you can look up what ever song you want to play they will have tabs for!.!.!.but basic C,D,E songs or you can go here http://www!.justinguitar!.com/en/BC-004-Ve!.!.!. it has a list of really easy songs and a lesson for you to learn like four of them!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
