E Major: E F# G# A B C# D# E (assuming Bb trumpet).

B flat trumpet is always a whole step higher than concert pitch. Two triangles to the right on the circle of 5ths: http://cnx.org/content/m10865/latest/
Or, to get the trumpet key signature from the concert key signature, add two sharps OR subtract 2 flats. (Ex. G concert has one sharp, so add two and the trumpet key is A major, 3 sharps.)

It is an E scale for a Bb trumpet.

Concert DM is EMajor on Bflat Trumpet. I guess your question is asking what the fingerings are so here they are...
12(E), 2(F#), 23(G#), 12(A), 2(B), 12(C#), 2(D#), 0(E). Hope that helps.
