How can i be a good singer?

Question:im bad, i dont take lessons how can i be better with out lessons?

hi ok if you love music and it moves you then you can sing you have to always remember that breath from your stomache never do anything that hurts your throat ..see what you have to do to mak diferent sounds and pitches and scales ,,,speake a song befre you sing it always remember we all start by learning and all skill comes from practice and perfection is just a carrot to make us acheive even more basicly love yoursel and let others hear you do it all for the right reasons i hope this helps as confidence is trully the hardest part of singing ...so sing all your favorates

but sing the same song low and then higher then higier etc etc ...

Practice, scales, different pitches, (drink water if you feel your throat isn't feeling good)

Forget about it.....first you have to have a talent....your first two words "were I'm bad ", well you not going to get better on your own....talent and a good teacher are the two most important things in music !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lessons are the ONLY way to go if you think you are bad. a teacher can analyze your progress, teach you how to sing so you avoid strain, provide feedback and train you in pitch, volume, sight reading, style, technique. you can't go it alone. most community colleges have voice classes where you can learn in a group. that's how I started. go for it. anyone can sing!!!
