That's a common problem.

You used the word 'to' when you meant 'too.' That extra 'o' indicates an excess of something. What is it you have an excess of? You said, '...too scared?' An excess of fear. More than you should have. You mention a 'bad ego.' Too little confidence perhaps, a negative excess. Less confidence than a person with a good voice should have.

But you state, unequivocally, "I Have a good voice..." That's what you should tell yourself, if it's true. If you're just saying that because you wish it was true, you won't believe it, because you know the truth. But if that IS the truth, that's what you need to tell yourself. Your brain doesn't know the difference between what's true and what isn't; whatever you say your brain believes it and gives you back ideas and actions accordingly. Reality may correct that belief, but 'self-talk,' something humans do, can be very effective in talking yourself over an excess of, well, whatever it is.

What do others say? If other people are telling you the same thing, that you have a good voice, that's a pretty good reality check. Unless they're just telling you that because they like you (Thanks Mom!) or want to be liked by you or be with you because you're cool, pretty, rich, famous. Odds are, if you have a good time singing, anyone listening will too.

The best way to get over it is by doing it. "Fear," per Don Juan Matus in Carlos Castaneda's books, "is the first enemy of a (person) of knowledge." Fear stops you from taking the next step. So, overcome the excess fear. Take the next step. Sing!

When you step ahead despite your fear, the fear turns into energy you can use to talk to the audience, give them a sample of your persona, get them to listen, and then to deliver the emotion of your song. They want you to succeed. (Tell yourself that.). You enjoy singing to an audience. (Tell yourself that.) And don't let small setbacks become life crises. It's just a song. It's just one show, one evening, a few people. Tomorrow's another chance to do better, with a whole new audience. Sing!

Go eat abananas

You can't not get it, everyone gets it, you just have to go out there anyway overcoming your feelings. Once you get out there, you'll be fine!!! Even Barbra Streisand talks about her terrible stage fright, even still. Cher had to have Sonny out there with her to overcome her stage fright, it's so normal. You wouldn't be normal if you didn't get it!!!
