Micheal The Fender Passport portable PA would work just fine it folds up into one unit and would be enough power to do what you need ck musiciansfriend.com for prices

if it was me i'd go to a used music store with my guitar, look for a good mic/amp combo, that sounds good and is as small as possible and lightweight, and everything else you prioritize. at the very least check out all your options first hand... or ear. once you find what you like best you can shop for a better price too. maybe you won't want to get your mic/stand and amp at the same place.
