How does someone become a Club DJ?

Question:I have always had a dream to become a club DJ. Back in college i would always DJ our parties and love every minute of it. I'm wondering how I might be able to make a carreer out of this. Is there a school I could attend to help boost myself? I have turntables but I am no where near skilled to be able to actually use them at a real gig yet. How can I get practice to be able to make it a living someday?

i would think you would need to find a good club that uses a dj, and kind of grandfather yourself in with a mentor. that should work out good.

I know in france we have some DJ school (7 official schools). In your country there're probably some. You should search on google, i'm sure you'll find
