Drum Major????

Question:I am a freshman, and our Marching Band is pretty small. Would it be ok for me to try out to be Drum Major for my sophomore year?

WOW!!! ME TOO!!! our band will only be like 20 people when the seniors graduate. I want to be drum major for my sophmore year also!!! what school do u go to? I go to La Mirada High in California!!!

You COULD try out I suppose if your band instructor says that that's acceptable, however, if there's someone that auditioning that's older than you and has more experience and is genuinely good, you're chances aren't going to be as good.
