I want to be a Music Artist. But how?

Question:Ok so, I started singing when I was in 3rd grade. My friends said I was really good and we made a band. We were voting who was who. Except we couldn't decide. We got to role-singer. All of a sudden everyone points and looks at me. So that made me want to be an artist. Ever since our band broke up due to disorganizing, I was on my own. And I just play Cello and Violin, but they don't help. And you know those programs that have beats on it? And actually make you record your song? Can anyone give me a link to a FREE good download? Audacity is a program that allows you to record, it is free and simple, not very good at all though.

You should just invest the 70 bucks and go buy "Acid"

it is a simple cheap program that is good for beginners.

Violin is a sick instrument though dude. Use the theory you have gained from violin and just make your own music, you can use "Frooty loops" for that. (that is the cheapest one i know of)

Why don't you audition for American Idol..
