How to finish this chord sequence?

Question:hey any ideas of a finishing chord? im kind of stuck! cheers! this is what ive got:

I don't have my ax with me (at work now) but how about going from the Bmaj7 to something in C? Not as a finishing chord but a tangent to build on using the same type chord progression you were working in the minor and major 7ths.

some possibilities:
Fmaj7, Em
Cmaj7, Fm7,
Amaj7, Ddim7,D#dim7, E

since you've started sequencing with dominants --- just keep going around the circle of 5th into eternity! HA!

F#m7 F#maj7; C#; G#, D#, A#, E## -- etc

i would have to hear it on the guitar to help you...sorry
