its hard but the younger u r the easier it is 2 pick up! good luck you never know some girl in 10 yrs time could be asking your question with your name not vanessa carlton!

u never know
it is a hard thing to pick up tho
yeh

piece of cake

it wont be quick but it will be worth it!! i played for 7 years when i was younger and regret quitting!!

it's not hard and the younger you are the better you are at it..so go for it and good luck

it's not too late to learn something new. since you're 13, you can sign up for piano class if you're school offer it. if not, look around for people giving lessons (try craiglist for advertisement).

Yeah, you'll be fine starting. Committment has a HUGE role in how well you learn to play... though natural talent is a nice plus. You should be fine. Piano is more complex than you might understand now, but give it a whirl! I learned how to play at 18!

I find piano really easy, you should try and learn it cuz its fun and you can play just about anything on it.

By all means, go for it. I don't believe there is such a thing as "too old" when it comes to beginning to play a musical instrument. As for how difficult you will find it, well, that all depends on whether or not you have a natural aptitude for it. However, with regular, dedicated practice there is every liklihood of you becoming a proficient player. :)

yes becuz you like it like i do like dance and ballet is my thing

Piano is a wonderful instrument.
Generally, it is very easy to learn.
The hard thing is learning to read music and understand notes.

Strive to express and not to impress.

there is no such thing as the right age for this and it is best to have a natural aptitude... that way you will have a happy childhood

well, i've been playing piano ever since 3rd grade, lets see, thats 5 years that i've played. i think you could start now, i think you'd be at a good age. it would have been better if you started earlier. actually it kinda doesn't sorta depend when you start, but the younger you start doing it the easier it is for you to learn it. i also play flute for about 1 1/2 years. i might start guitar too. it sounds like fun.
