Santana uses a custom PRS guitar. AKA Paul Reed Smith guitar. They are like $2000 - $4000 for his own custom guitar.

I believe that is a Paul Reed Smith Custom, with a Flamed Maple Top, with two humbucker pickups. He is using a distortion effects pedal, and later in the video he changes to a Wah-Wah effects pedal.

Pretty cool tune.

I haven't seen the video, but my guess is that he's playing a Paul Reed Smith. He's been using those guitars for years! They can be somewhat pricey, and are found at many music outlets. Check out Sam Ash or Guitar center. They always have them in stock.
