Vocal question..?

Question:ok well i can sing..but like classical cuz im in de choirs and the audtioned choir at mah skool. so i wanna be able to sing rnb very nicly... any ideas i mean i dont sing bad or anything but jus another one of those things u jus wanna kno =)

practice, listen to R&B songs, try singin along, when ur comfortable try singin em by urself

Many people get into certain mentalities when they sing. I, for example, have a tough time being expressive. I sing classical and other styles very well, but get me into singing R&B or some other more expressive style, and I start to flounder. Get it? :)

Basically, learn to be more expressive, get out of your shell, and have FUN with it. Then you should be able to flow more naturally with a different style.
