What happened to my piano?

Question:i woke up to find my piano damaged...one of the keys is sticking up and wont go back down......
anyone have any idea?

Sounds like a hammer stuck in the strings or a hinge broke. Open the lid and see if a hammer's rubber point got stuck in the strings and gentely pull it back.

If it's a hinge you'll need a piano repair person.

I wish I knew... poor piano.... :(

Could be high humidity maybe, causing the wood to swell, if something was spilled on it. Could be a hammer problem. Don't see how it could happen overnight, that is kinda spooky. Ghosts? Call a piano repair tech.
