How can i learn guitar?

Question:i dont know any of the notes or if i need a left handed guitar or anything i just want to learn how to play some of my favourite songs

Go to youtube.com. There is a guy named Justinsancerscore. He has an entire program on you tube for free. he'll teach you the basics to advance.

Buy a beginner's guitar book and start trying to learn to play.

It's loads of ways to learn guitar. but the BEST so far is going on YouTube and looking up guitar lessons in the search bar. You'll find loads of great reference videos on playing guitar, basic chords, tabs, scaling, progressions, etc. It's a good way to learn a bit of everything in a short period of time. Reading takes too much time when seeing makes more a lasting impression.

When you play air guitar, what hand do you "pick" with? That determines right from left handed guitars.
