My school's talent show is coming and i need a good song to sing solo.?

Question:my voice is kinda average so the song should be lacking of high pitch notes but not too low. i won't be able to sing the song if it has inappropriate language.if you can't think of a good song, please give me some tips on how to not be so nervous about singing solo

Maybe like something by Cascada, "Everytime we Touch" or something by Hannah Montana "Best of Both Worlds" Their voices are average and a lot of girls sing songs by them at my school's talent show. Maybe even something by Kelly Clarkson! "Behind these hazel eyes" "Since u been gone" "Break away" "Because of you" I love her singing! Good luck at your talent show! I hope you win!

if you good--look up a song by lauryn hill :'killing me sofly' it's been out since '98 but it's so good i've been listening to it every night to put me to sleep.or get something that doesn't require much effort

Look up a song called "shaving Cream"..it is funny, and suggestive without actually saying bad words.

A couple other humorous ones are "Boom-Boom Aint it great to be Crazy" or "the Streak" or "Wooley Swamp".
