If your an potential artist, I'll tell you like this. Now I listen to every type of music and write a few genres myself, and to be honest what really gets me, is the true meaning. You can have catchiness and thats it = (Solja Boy) an idiotic song. And talent is subjective, what you really need is a true meaning. A captivating story can beat out anything so you should hone your skills, and then make people's jaw drop with your stories. It really depends on you pesonally however, what do you want to be. A joke with a catchy song. Or a person that can change lives with a lyric. You decide.

TALENT ALL OF THE WAY! I listen to real music. Not the crap that the American public listens to today.
