Depends! I would take it too a music shop! Some have a reapair shop there as well or they can have a list of the trusted ones that they use! Dont try and fix it yourslelf or take it to your band teacher! Clarinets are very precise instruments and need a professional looking at it

send it in. a clarinet is a precision instrument.

depends on what actuallly broke, did the key fall off literally or is there a pad missing. Usually with a key falling off you can screw it back in, you might be missing the screw. If the pad fell off you can buy another one. Your band teacher cuodl probably fix it.

how is it broken? is it cracked in half?
is it the metal part that is broken
which key?

you will probably want to take it to a music shop that fixes music equipment. If you want your music to sound the best, then it is important that your equipment is working the best. A quick fix that a teacher might be able to provide is not a good idea.

i would ask your teacher but most likely take it in everything should be perfect and i wouldnt trust band teachers they arent usually the most trustworthy
