I always have danced to my own music, the drum beat is just a small part of my music

I dance whether or not there's music playing and encourage those around me to dance as well.

Sure do! I try to keep up with the beating of my heart. I try to sing with the ringing in my ears, too. LOL!

yes I do what I want when I want and how I want and really don't care if anyone else likes it or what they think about it

most defiantly...helps me deal with things... when I don't want to....makes it tolerable

Hey Rena, I used to my life has changed dramatically in the past 10 years, now I dance to the beat of my husbands drum of course I have absolutely no problem with that, he plays a better drum than I do. LOL

I don't need a drum! I can find any old thing and make a beat and just dance how I feel!

Unfortunately, I think I have stopped dancing altogether...but once I get up again....it's back in stride!! My own drumming always sounded the best to me...

I follow my insight, intuition and, I would definitely, have to say that I dance to the beat of my own drum. Plus, I love to dance to great music. A great stress reliever!! Sometimes, I invent my own " drum" ..lol..
