Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: There is no way I can answer your question. Knowing what you are playing means nothing. If I can't hear you play it, I can't know. I don't know if you are playing it at the right speed it should be, among many other musical things.

But be warned-Interlochen is not easy to get into. If you are going for a summer program, it wouldn't be as difficult as getting into the academy. Their school during the year consists of only about 500 people and it is international.

The only way we could give you an even close to accurate answer would be if we heard you play your piece in its final form. And even then, we certainly aren't Interlochen judges. We don't know everything they look for or how many people they have to listen to.

There's nothing you can really do except try. I say give it a shot. Anything is worth a try! Source(s):
