Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I recommend two contrasting pieces:

One lyrical etude, perhaps from the Bordogni "Vocalises." They're pretty standard tuba/euph etudes.

And one technical study: An etude by Kopprasch, perhaps.

Although these pieces might be "easy," they will show a breadth of musical ability. (ie you can play slow and legato and faster and detached.)

Another option might be a movement or two from a Galliard Sonata.
