How can I make a lyre?

Okay music stores are closed, no one can give me a ride to the open ones, and I have to march in a parade tomorrow. Problem is: I don't have a lyre! I play the french horn in the marching band- I don't switch over to a mellophone-and as it is it's very complicated to march. Last time we had a marching thing I had to stick on a trumpet lyre with a clamp. It really didn't work well, I stuck it to every single part and it kept falling off. What should I do?! I'm thinking of trying to make my own lyre contraption here!

i know they don't!! i really want to but our school band has no mellophones... well guys im in the process of making a french horn lyre haha with a hanger and metal wish me luck!
