Question:

What are some good musical works by Anton Bruckner?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: My personal fav Symphonies are #3 and #4, but #7 and #8 are also tops. However, some of his motets (Inveni David, Pange Lingua, Vexilla Regis, etc.) are phenomenal as well. He also has a Mass in d and a vocal work called Te Deum, which is good. Source(s):
Orchestral musician for 20+ years HI!! Check out these....Ziemlich Schnell, Adagio, Scherzo, and Finale... All on Spymphony NO. 2 album.... Hope this helps. well, top of the list are the 10 symphonies he wrote. ( one of them is numbered "the Zero", I don't know why). He also wrote many wonderful anthems for the church- motets, chorales, organ works, masses. If you check him out at wikipedia., you will also find a complete list of works.
It depends on what you want to listen to- the symphony orchestras comprise well over 100 musicians, and that might be too big for what you want- so have a look through the list.
