What magic trick is this??

What magic trick is this??

Ok, the magician puts his left OR right hand behind the spectators ear, then magicaly an object like a coin or easter egg or ball appears in hand and he brings his hand forward and shows the spectator. How is this done? I would like to know how the magician does this. Thanks!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: i think that he has a lever in the sleeve of his shirt to use when he wants to do this . he has one in both sleeves
so he can get a coin in either hand
