Pop lock dancing?

I'm a filipino and I moved here to the US like 7 years ago, I've seen a lot of dancers that could pop and lock(by pop and lock i meant that they have the ability to pop or lock not at the same time though) and when I look at the Philippines , I'm like , all I've ever seen there was breakdancing and I've seen it A BUNCH OF TIMES. And I'm wondering why there aren't that much,that i've seen, that could pop or lock. I'm not degrading my country but what I'm trying to say is that it could make MOST shows look cooler if a couple of kids could pop or lock. I already know that there are pinoys here in the us that could do that so don't criticize this question.
I'm also wondering where I could learn how to pop and lock , I already know how to tense my muscles and i've watched videos on youtube but I need help.
