My 10 year old sister has a talent show comming up soon and we need ideas.?

Can anyone help us with some easy to do but crowd pleasing ideas cause that would be fantastic. Nothing too complicated but not lame eaither. Thanks :)

She might do that UGLY song and get one of the boys in her class to dress up as a girl cause she knows all the words. any ideas for that?
