Is it better to join ACJC String Ensemble or Chinese Orchestra as a CCA?

Is it better to join ACJC String Ensemble or Chinese Orchestra as a CCA?

Also, do these CCAs favour students who have background in a particular instrument? Is it easier to learn the cello or a chinese orchestra instrument, say the erhu?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Of course if you have a music background it'll be to your advantage. Personally, i do not like Chinese orchestra but it's up to you cuz you have to put some thoughts into what you like better, be it for a short period of 2 years. Also, look at e number of awards of ACJC C.O and S.E, which provides u with more benefits and opportunities? Think about it=)
