Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: First of all you need to have some serious talent and drive. You are a minor so you cannot do this on your own. A parent or guardian needs to enroll you with preferably an agent or a casting director. If you currently attend a High School for the Performing Arts, you may find that auditions for young people like yourself are often posted accordingly so you will have the information available. Even so, you need to be able to provide a resume that shows what you have done. Your performances having been reviewed even by your school paper will be a good thing.

Broadway is in New York City, so if you don't live anywhere near NYC where you can be taken to auditions, you will need to start with local and regional theatres.

Even with great talent, you must remember that "the only way to get to BROADWAY, is going to be practice!, practice!, practice!
