Is a Cececlio Purple Alto Saxophone a decent instrument?

Is a Cececlio Purple Alto Saxophone a decent instrument?

My daughter is a flutist who just joined jazz band and will be learning alto sax as a secondary instrument. I would like to buy her an inexpensive one for Christmas and saw some cool looking colored saxes, but I'm concerned with quality. It doesn't have to be top of the line obviously, but I want to get something sturdy and appropriate for a student to use for a few years. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I've never heard of one, and I've been playing saxophones for 17 years. If I were you I would go with a Yamaha, Selmer, or other big named brand saxophone than some off name brand.
