Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: network network network. i started modeling on the side at 14.now im working with one of my photographer as a kind of trainer. i get our models in shape and help with wardrobe and faces. when i started i joined onemodelplace.com its free. just be aware of scammers. never do a shoot without a terms of agreement that you the photographer and your parents have to sign. (i assume you're underage) a great way to start up youre portfolio is tfp shoots. it means time for prints, you do a shoot with an aspiring photographer and they give you copies of the pics they take instead of money. if youre in the cali central coast area i may be able to help you out a little one of my photographers got me a shoot for a men's magazine in england. and if your not in the area i can tell you what you need to work on if you want to send some of your current portfolio pics. i started my portfolio with a disposable camera. (hehehe that was interesting but it helped) keep in mind if you do decode to go through an agency that alot of them are not truly concerned about your best interest. i went to a couple in the beginning and i didnt like them at all.the best to you.
